During these six weeks, Peter will teach mindfulness techniques during 60-minute sessions. He will lead guided mindfulness meditations each week that will vary in length. Finally, there will be an opportunity during each session for questions and discussion on the topics presented. This introductory program is geared towards busy professionals in the home design industry.

Some of the Benefits of a Mindfulness Meditation Practice

  • Lowers stress levels.
  • Teaches us to become more resilient in our personal and professional lives.
  • Fosters better focus.
  • Helps us to manage our emotions and anxieties.
  • Teaches us to be less judgmental and more understanding of ourselves and others.
  • And many other benefits…

To join the Spring, 2022 Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation with Peter Feinmann, register here. Begins April 4, 2022 at 5 PM, ET.

Peter has created a new entity, Mindful Directions, to share his knowledge and Mindfulness Meditation practice with others. Learn more about practicing meditation with Peter here.

BRAGB – Career Experience Day – Careers in Construction MA @ Tirrell Room
May 4 @ 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

Plan to be involved in Career Experience Day: “From High School to Job Force,” an in-person event being held from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Tirrell Room in Quincy.

In conjunction with Careers in Construction Massachusetts, BRAGB has planned an innovative career experience event for juniors and seniors interested in a housing industry career.

Here is an Informational Brochure for Companies interested in participating. Here is the Recommendations for Employers document to ensure a great experience for students.

Here is an Informational Brochure for Schools containing detailed information on expectations. Here is the School Partnership Commitment Agreement to ensure a positive student experience.

Companies involved in the housing industry are called upon to participate. We expect dozens of companies (builders, remodelers, suppliers, and product or service providers) to reserve a table and be prepared to meet students and promote their companies, talk about career pathways, and answer questions. Find event pricing details and sponsorship opportunities on this flyer.

This will be an opportunity for high school students to meet with dozens of local companies involved in the home building and remodeling business. Participating companies are expected to provide students with a “real life” career exploratory experience to learn about career opportunities and / or internships available over the summer of 2022.
