HBRAWM: CSL Exam Preparation Course @ Home Builders & Remodelers Association Headquarters Building

Top Notch Instructor – Course instructor Michael McDowell, CBO is the owner of three small companies which are
comprised of a construction company, real estate firm and a home inspection company. Michael holds numerous licenses and certifications in the building field and instructs a broad range of educational classes

Convenient Time & Location – Classes are held for seven weeks from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the Home Builders & Remodelers Association Headquarters Building at 240 Cadwell Drive, Springfield, MA. The classes will be held on: Wednesdays, September 14, 21, 28, October 5,12, 19, and 26, 2022.

The Price is Right – $375.00 – Member of the HBRAWM $425.00 – Non–member**
** A non–member who joins the association within 60 days of completing this program is eligible to receive a $50.00 credit (course
only) towards their first year of membership dues. Member dues are $435* per year. (*Member dues are subject to change.)
• We offer a package price for all six books that are allowed in the testing center when you take the exam. The package price is $435 for all six books. Please contact our office if you would like to purchase any of the listed books separately. (Prices on the book sets are subject to change.)
• Payment can be in the form of cash, check or charge. We accept Visa, MC, and Amex.
• Tuition does not include the $100.00 examination fee or the $150.00 licensing fee payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Although there are no requirements to take our class, the state does require that you be at least 18 years of age or older and be able to document 3 years full time experience in the building and design field to take their exam.

Our Guarantee – If you attend all classes and do not pass the exam within one month after the last class, you may repeat
the entire course free of charge the next time our class is offered.

Cancellation and Refund Policy – Cancellations received on or before September 7, 2022 will receive a fifty percent refund. Any cancellations on or after September 9, 2022 will not be reimbursed a refund.

NEBA: 40th Anniversary/Table Top Event @ Tewksbury Country Club

Our guest speaker is Rob Dietz, the chief economist from the National Association of Home Builders. He will be giving a presentation about the status of the economy and how it will impact the building industry.

We will be honoring the members who are the reason we have been able to continue to represent the building industry over the years. Maureen DiPalma will be inducted into the NEBA Hall of Fame and Dan Ouellette will be recognized as Builder of the Year. We look forward to seeing the many people who were there at the beginning to help grow the Association.

HBRAWM: 5th Annual Don Smith Memorial Golf Tournament @ Chicopee Country Club

Annually, the HBRAWM Foundation awards up to $20,500 to community non-profits and deserving young people by providing Scholarships that assist in furthering their educational endeavors. We also recognize deserving young people by providing scholarships that assist in furthering their educational endeavors. We will once again this year have the “Don Smith Par 3 Closest to the Hole Challenge”.

Registration begins at 9:00 a.m., followed by a shot gun start at 10:00 a.m. Lunch will be served at the club house during the tournament. Directly following the tournament there will be a buffet dinner and Award Ceremony & Raffle at the Chicopee Country Club.
