Event Description:
You don’t want to miss hearing about this unique project and touring the Old School House Condominium project led by Tony Chiarelli fo Landmark Associates General Contracting. The Old School House contains 40 units that were heavily fire damaged on June 1, 2017. Landmark Associates came on as GC in 2018 and they expect a mid-2019 complettion date. Attendees will not only hear from Tony, but from Emerson Clauss III whose company, Allegiance Construction & Development LLC has subcontracted the finish work, but from Bryan Dempsey, of Metropolitan Cabinets and Countertops who is supplying all the cabinetry and counters for the building.
