ICF runs the Residential New Construction Program and we offer incentives under three different paths:
Low Rise: homes 3 stories or less
Renovations & Additions (R&A): a new path that offers incentives for renovations, additions, or a combination of the two
High Rise: buildings 4 stories or more
1 CE Credit. Please remember to bring your CSL License. Must be on CSL Roster to receive Credit. (Pending)
