Advocacy

The voice of the Massachusetts housing industry.

We fight for the people who build in Massachusetts.

Every session, HBRAMA's committees monitor, challenge, and shape the legislation, regulations, and codes that determine whether building in Massachusetts is feasible.

We represent you and your best interests.

HBRAMA's advocacy produces results that show up on your bottom line — in regulations killed before they take effect, codes amended before they add cost, and legislation shaped before it becomes law.

Advocacy has saved an estimated $15K–$20K per housing unit built.
