Donor Signup Form

By signing up, you agree to a $1 fee added to every invoice for materials you purchase from a participating vendor, whether or not you're an HBRAMA member. The vendor collects the fee and forwards it to HBRAMA monthly.

This is a fundraising contribution, not a charitable donation, so it isn't tax-deductible as a gift. It may qualify as a deductible business expense; check with your accountant.

Select the vendor or vendors that you utilize. The selected vendor(s) will be notified of your participation and will invoice you monthly for your Dollars for Change.
