HARD HATS REQUIRED! BRAGB has a limited number of hard hats available!
Led by Tony Chiarelli of Landmark Associates General Contracting, the Old School House contains 40 units that were heavily fire damaged on June 1, 2017. Landmark Associates came on as GC in 2018.
Join and hear what job demands were placed in fully remodeling these units. Not only is BRAGB member Landmark the GC, but Allegiance Construction and Development and Metropolitan Cabinets and Countertops also participated. Discussion Topics:
- Update of the job site since April 2019.
- What obstacles were met and overcome?
- What is status of condominium occupancy? Affordability?
